My Mum Lesley was a patient in St Ann’s for only a short time ..the care she was given was outstanding she was placed in bed looking out to a beautiful garden as she loved her garden ..Forever in our hearts we miss you immensely Mum,Wife,Nana ❤️ 03/05/54-14/11/18
